This is a Discovery Call On this call we will discuss three main things:

Your number 1 goal in 6 months, and what it is gonna take to get you there.
What you have tried in the past, and why it didn't work.
Your biggest roadblocks to getting in athletic shape.

I will be mapping out a clear path to success for you on the call, all you have to do is execute after we complete the call.

I have personally helped dozens of people achieve amazing results - and helped many women and men get back to feeling their best. I have many years of experience helping people transform their body and mind, so I know exactly how it feels to turn someones life around. Regardless of whether you join my team or not - we will be providing some value for you on the call.

I am busy just like most of you, so if you book a call - please make it a priority and show up. I am not in any way going to force anyone to do something they do not want to do. If you are not ready to find out HOW you can get back in amazing shape - this call is not for you.

There are some rules for the call:

💻- Please use a laptop to take the call, I will be sharing my screen during the length of the call

📓 - Bring a notepad or something to write with, there will be a lot of info shared

💭 - Open minded - you are going to learn something on this

❌ - If you are driving, outside with friends, or running around the call will be terminated.
